Las habilidades y responsabilidades del profesional de PwC para este nivel incluyen, entre otras:-Llevar adelante la parte estratégica del sector de Business Delivery Center
-Partner del negocio a su cargo.
-Mentoreo|Coaching al staff .
-Proyectos de alineación e integración con US.
-Change Management. – Proyectos de Mejora.
-Gestion diaria del staff , consultas y acompañamiento.
-Analizar reportes, dashboards.
-Graduados de las carreras de Recursos Humanos, Psicología, RRLL y afines.

Requisitos:-Excel nivel avanzado (excluyente)
