• hold a doctor’s degree in art in the discipline of fine arts and conservation of works of art (artistic painting);
• conduct research/artistic activities in the field of fine arts and conservation of works of art – in the creation of artistic painting;
• have significant scientific/artistic achievements in the field od fine arts;
• have significant organizational and popularizing achievements in the field of fine arts;
• have professional experience at a teaching position;
• have the ability to work in a team;
• offer full availability;
• be fluent in Polish to the extent that allows them to conduct academic classes.
