- have a master’s degree in education in the field of preschool and early school pedagogy;
- have scientific achievements in the form of publications in the field of preschool or early childhood pedagogy;
- have proffesional experience working in a kindergarten or grades I-III of primary school;
- have education in the field of art;
- be fluent in Polish and English to the extent that they are able to conduct academic classes.
