REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 months of professional experience in corporate enviroment
• University degree in finance, economy, business or related field or any equivalent combination of education
• Very good command of English and German (at least B2 level)
• Very good communication skills
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to multitask and be a proactive team playe
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Location: Warszawa, KrakówWe work: Hybrid (2 days in the office/ week)Contract of employment: full-timeLevel: Junior or MidRecruitment process: onlineOur Client is a global fin-tech company who is currently expanding the AML/KYC department in Poland, and we are looking for skilled specialists in this area.You will have a great chance to participate in project that will grow your skills in KYC/AML area and further shape your career path.AML/KYC Analyst with GermanRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage on-boarding and on-going due diligence in line with the company’s procedures, TA AML/KYC guidelines, or clients specific KYC policy for investors
• Ensure all processes are executed as per predefined SLA’s in place
• Gather, analyze, and duly archive documents and necessary information
• Classify in accordance with various regulations and in accordance with risk assessment applicable
• Provide support and clarification to investors, distributors or clients
• Keep accurate track record of all requests from receipt to execution
• Arrange, prepare and document the overall KYC file to facilitate approval
• Work in close and continuous collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to achieve predefined objectives and solve issues during daily tasks
