Purpose of the job:
As an Amazon eCommerce Global Account Manager, you will support the business case development, coach/train on the operational setup end to end across 15 active countries and work to establish Schneider Electric as a category leader on in relevant electrical categories. In some cases you will directly manage our commercial relationship with Amazon, while in others you will support our local country teams in their account management, commercial negotiation and operational excellence.
You will work to maximize the potential of Amazon partnership by working with central and local teams to; Coach internal teams on how to setup their local organization, build our central knowledge base to uplift Acumen on how to work with Amazon; Support active trouble shooting on operational and functional issues that inhibit growth; all to deliver the best customer experience and appropriate capabilities to grow our category share..
This position requires strong negotiation, communication and commercial skills when dealing with stakeholders internal and external. You will also be very comfortable tackling daily operational challenges, and ‘rolling up your sleeves’ to ensure the account can grow in sales and influence.
Your overall target is to grow Amazon sell out for the Schneider Brand and to develop us as a category champion on the Amazon platform.
