Job Title:Aluminium Window Fabricator

Location: Stafford Park 17, Telford, TF3 3DG

Salary: To be agreed based on experience and ability

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Basic 39 hours per week: 8am – 4:30pm Mon-Thurs and 8am – 3:30pm Fri. Overtime also available.

Start Date: Can be flexible between now and January 2026

We supply high-quality components, frames, and assemblies to the automotive, rail, aerospace, medical, architectural, and engineering industries. Using our expertise, we manufacture our specialised RadiAl range of shaped aluminium windows.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Window Fabricator to join our small friendly team to manufacture shaped and circular aluminium windows.

Main duties & responsibilities:

* Operation of section/ring rolling machinery
* Fabricating a range of shaped aluminium windows, including circular, arched, and rectangular designs
* Flexibility to assist with other light engineering tasks as required
* Working with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as drills, saws, routers, and crimpers
* Adhering to company Quality and Safety procedures

About you:

Requirements for the role:

* Strong attention to detail, including the ability to read technical drawings and work accurately to dimensions
* Competent in the use of hand and power tools
* Previous UPVC or aluminium window manufacturing experience is advantageous
* A good team player with a flexible and positive attitude
* Ability to work safely, efficiently, and tidily while maintaining quality standards
* Commitment to following on-site health and safety procedures
