The Role
- Commercial prospecting :
o Identify, qualify and prospect customer targets in well-defined geographical areas and market segments.
o Use different prospecting methods (telephone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate sales opportunities.
o Enrich and update customer databases (CRM) with relevant prospect information.
2. Hunting for new customers:
o Develop a customer portfolio through intensive prospecting (cold calls, appointments, follow-ups).
o Make sales presentations of offers adapted to the needs identified during discussions with prospects.
o Convert prospects into active customers, in collaboration with the sales team.
3. Lead management and follow-up:
o Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads generated and prospecting actions via weekly reports.
o Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align sales actions with global strategies.
o Actively participate in the preparation and management of customer appointments.
4. Reporting and analysis :
o Monitor performance through predefined KPIs (number of calls, appointments made, opportunities created, conversion rate).
o Suggest corrective actions to improve prospecting performance.
