MISSIONS

Être le contact principal des distributeurs au sein de la Supply Chain et veiller à la complète exécution de toutes ses commandes jusqu’à la résolution des litiges.

• Assurer le traitement des commandes de la validation à la résolution des litiges

• Assurer le contact avec les clients via email et téléphone

• Collaborer en interne en vue d’assurer la satisfaction client

RESPONSABILITÉS / TÂCHES

• Assurer le Suivi du Flux Order to Delivery

• Assurer quotidiennement le traitement, l’intégration et le déblocage des commandes reçues

• Suivre le cycle complet de la commande, de sa réception à sa livraison – assurer la bonne gestion du carnet de commandes

• Prendre des mesures rapides avec les clients aussitôt que des évènements surgissent (problèmes de qualités, délais, ruptures importantes, etc.) – Informer le management en cas de dérives significatives ou inhabituelles

• Saisir les litiges dans l’outil Finance et résoudre les situations de litiges (réclamations liées aux livraisons, déductions, retours, conditions tarifaires) en coordination avec les équipes concernées (commerce – DC pricing…)

• Assurer l’interaction avec les clients et les équipes commerciales

• Répondre aux requêtes des clients via emails ou téléphone

• Communiquer avec les équipes commerciales sur les problématiques liées à leurs clients

• Travailler en collaboration et entraide avec les autres correspondants service client

• Partager son savoir et ses connaissances dans un esprit d’équipe et d’amélioration continue

• S’assurer du bon respect des procédures SBD
