Vous intégrerez le pôle Support et Centre d’appels sous la responsabilité du Helpdesk Manager.

Vous aurez la responsabilité de mener à bien les actions suivantes:

• Maintien et mise à jour d’un intranet de commande d’outillages pour techniciens (PHP/Mysql) dans un environnement à infrastructure Cloud Based
• Développement d’applicatif web en lien avec l’équipe Service France (gestion budgétaire, suivi et stock de pièces détachées, etc.)

Profil :

• Connaissances du monde des objets connectés
• Très bonnes connaissances HTML/CSS/PHP/JavaScript (Symfony, Git, Composer, ElasticSearch)
• Bonne connaissance de SQL
• Notion de gestion de projet
• Autonome
• Anglais écrit courant nécessaire, parlé souhaité.
• Capacité d’initiative et d’anticipation
• Esprit de synthèse et qualité rédactionnelle
