Allround Transport Specialist

Als Allround Transport Specialist bij PPG Deurne kom je terecht in een productiebedrijf dat Protective & Marine Coatings produceert én verzendt naar klanten of externe magazijnen. Eén van onze medewerkers van ons ervaren team gaat met pensioen. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe Transport Specialist die het team bijstaat bij de uitdagingen die er zijn, gezien de business unit blijft groeien.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het regelen van transport vanuit België naar andere Europese landen. Je bent specialist in specifieke verpakkingen die noodzakelijk kunnen zijn bij transport.
• Je stelt de nodige documenten op die nodig zijn voor import en export van onze producten.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor scheepsleveringen naar Frankrijk en back-up voor andere scheepsleveringen naar landen zoals Nederland, België en Duitsland.
• Je leidt specifieke verbeteringsprojecten, die een positieve impact hebben op sustainability en budget. Je bouwt een relatie op met de transporteurs.
• Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Warehouse & Transportation Manager. Je ondersteunt het team bij vakantieperiodes. 

Kwalificaties

• Je hebt een bachelor in supply chain management of logistiek, of je kan minstens 3 jaar ervaring aantonen in een relevante job.
• Het is een plus als je kennis kan aantonen van ADR, IMDG of IATA.
• Je hebt kennis van import- en exportwetgeving.
• Vrienden noemen jou een teamplayer en sterk in communicatie. Je kan zelfstandig werken. 
• Je hebt geen probleem met de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Een basiskennis van Frans is interessant. Je weet hoe je het MS365-pakket moet gebruiken.
