Then you are the All-Round Administrative Assistant that MGH is looking for at their Service Center in the Port of Antwerp!Your functionAs an All-Round Administrative Assistant at MGH, you will take on a diverse role in which you support various departments and contribute to the company’s growth:

• Project Management in SAP: You are responsible for creating, managing, and closing projects, as well as entering Bills of Materials (BOM).
• You organize events, such as customer and supplier visits, and ensure smooth coordination of internal meetings.
• Logistics and Purchasing Support: You request quotes, follow up on orders, and coordinate transportation between different locations.
• You assist with tracking absenteeism, organizing training sessions, and managing certifications.
• Hospitality and Reception: You are the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome.
• You manage incoming and outgoing mail, file documents, and book meeting rooms as needed.

In this role, you play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring that administrative and organizational processes run smoothly.Your profileYou are:

• Language Proficient: Dutch is a requirement. Additionally, you can easily express yourself in French and English.
• You are a proficient user of SAP and familiar with standard MS Office software.
• Accurate and Structured: You work meticulously and strive for error-free administration.
• Communicative: You easily establish contact and convey information clearly.
• Proactive: You identify opportunities and actively seek improvements.
