Scrum Master – Agile Project Facilitator📍 Location: Hybrid (50% on-site, 50% remote)🗣 Languages: Dutch & French (good knowledge), English (strong proficiency)📅 Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant roleAbout the RoleAs a Scrum Master, you will be the driving force behind Agile methodologies, ensuring teams effectively implement the Scrum framework to maximize project outcomes. You will coach teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and remove roadblocks to help teams deliver high-quality results efficiently.Key Responsibilities🚀 Agile Facilitation & Project Execution

• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Track key milestones and ensure smooth methodology execution.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement.
• Assist the team in achieving the Definition of Done (DoD) and maintaining sprint backlogs.
• Monitor team velocity and capacity for optimal sprint planning.

🎯 Coaching & Agile Transformation

• Guide teams in adopting Agile best practices and self-organization.
• Identify and remove obstacles that impact productivity.
• Foster an Agile mindset across teams and stakeholders.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Report Agile adoption progress and suggest improvements.

Your Skills & Experience✔ Must-Have:

• At least 3 years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
• Experience with Agile tracking tools (Jira or similar).
• Knowledge of software development processes and project management.

➕ Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing & CI/CD tools.
• Strong ability to coach and mentor Agile teams.
