Help us lead the future of commercial aircraft modifications in the Boeing EASA Modifications team. We are looking for a multi-skilled Airworthiness Coordinator to assist the EASA Office of Airworthiness (OoA) team in the day-today organisation and administration of the department. The position will be based either in Dublin (Ireland) or Frimley (UK) with hybrid working, typically 2-3 days per week in the office. There is some flexibility in this arrangement for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • New Project Opening

  • Data organising and registers maintenance

  • Administration of design signatories, training, approvals and expiry

  • Monitoring supplier approvals / expiry

  • Project Closure completeness checking and archiving

  • Creation and administration of new processes, forms, etc.

  • Organising burn testing, shipping of samples, etc.

  • Issuing data to customers

  • Preparation and monitoring of suppliers/partners working agreements/arrangements and liaison

  • Attend key meetings to generate and publish meeting minutes.

  • Time keeping and general organisation of priorities.

  • Maintain and organise a shared calendar.

  • Support audit finding closure/CAP implementation.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills

  • Good communication skills internally and externally and at all levels of the organisation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or VBA is desirable, although not essential

  • A high level of attention to detail and professional integrity

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and show flexibility to changing situations / demands

  • Experience within the aviation industry would be an advantage
