Air Tightness Consultant: Nationwide

Requirements

* Ability to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
* BSc or an equivalent qualification/experience in building engineering, acoustics energy, or environmental science
* Experience of working in air tightness or a relevant field and or with the CWCT qualification
* Full UK driver’s licence

Duties

* Attend regular meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to review designs and the findings from assessments and inspections
* I help clients resolve any defects and help them gain regulatory compliance for their projects/developments
* Prepare and structure reports and supporting documents to provide a clear assessment of design and monitoring issues at the early phases of construction
* I work with clients directly and in collaboration with other key members of the acoustics team to ensure excellent outcomes are achieved
