This consultancy assists clients in adhering to UK building regulations and legislation by providing expert guidance from a team of specialist consultants. They offer a comprehensive range of inspection services throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with British standards for both residential and commercial properties.

The main responsibilities associated with the Air Tightness Consultant position include conducting pre-test inspections to deliver cost estimates, reporting essential requirements to guarantee that all necessary equipment is available on-site, engaging with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations during site work, composing detailed technical reports, addressing construction-related issues to ensure compliance, and providing measurable and actionable remedial recommendations.
