Air Testing Technician

My client is a leading consultancy that provides a wide range of services encompassing environmental, energy, and performance testing. Their area of expertise lies in aiding clients to achieve compliance with British standards for both residential and commercial projects. This particular role presents an enthralling challenge suitable for individuals in pursuit of a dynamic and diverse work environment, along with prospects for site visits and interaction with a multitude of stakeholders.

Requirements:

* ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 certification
* Full UK driving licence
* In-depth understanding of building regulations or construction industry guidelines
* Proficiency in key modelling and IT software packages
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to travel to different test sites

Responsibilities:

* Address any testing defects promptly and effectively
* Determine test approach based on project-specific factors
* Efficiently generate accurate ATTMA short reports using an electronic system
* Ensure safe transportation of equipment to and from test sites
* Facilitate smooth testing procedures by effectively communicating with site agents and personnel
* Interpret and evaluate test results with sound judgment and analytical skills
* Perform tests in compliance with established British standards such as CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001, and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2
