The Company:

I am excited to be recruiting for a growing construction company who offer a wide range of high-quality services related to compliance with UK building regulations. They have a national reach, with nearly 20 offices across the country all delivering excellent Building Control services. My client is seeking an ambitious Air Testing Technician to join their dynamic team in Central London.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Level 1 ATTMA airtightness testing certification (or above).
* Experience in testing complex building structures such as smoke shafts, isolation rooms and Plenums
* Awareness of current construction design and technology, including Building Regulations and industry guidelines, is preferred.
* Good IT skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets, emails, and manage files.
* Full UK drivers licence.

The Role:

As an Air Testing Technician, your days will be varied as you will be covering different sites and liaising with different people. At the sites, you will deliver your expert advice on the compliance and sustainability of impressive buildings, in accordance with CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001 and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2. Findings are then presented in an ATTMA short report. Work is further varied as you will be involved in all phases of construction. If you are a keen problem solver and technically minded, you could be diagnosing potential issues and delivering innovative solutions to exciting construction projects.

This role comes with a competitive salary of GBP25,000 – GBP32,000 plus various benefits including, a cycle to work scheme, generous annual leave, and health care cash back scheme.
