A leading environmental consultancy is seeking an Air Quality Consultant to join its growing Brighton team. This opportunity is ideal for a consultant with 2-3 years’ experience who is looking to develop their technical expertise and progress their career within a supportive and expanding practice.

As an Air Quality Consultant, you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across planning, infrastructure and industrial sectors. You will support senior staff in delivering high-quality assessments, gain exposure to complex modelling work, and steadily build independent project responsibility.

Duties include:

Assisting with air quality assessments and EIA chapters
*

Undertaking dispersion modelling using ADMS and/or AERMOD
*

Preparing technical reports and data analysis
*

Supporting senior consultants with project delivery
*

Liaising with clients and stakeholders
*

Participating in site visits and monitoring programmes
*

Contributing to internal technical development

Requirements:

2-3 years’ hands on experience in air quality consultancy or related field
*

Experience supporting air quality assessments
*

Familiarity with IAQM/EPUK guidance
*

Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geography or related discipline
*

Working toward professional accreditation (desirable)
*

Strong written and verbal communication skills
*

Full UK driving licence
