We are seeking an Air Import/Export Operator with at least 2 years of experience who is eager to join our Air Logistics Aerospace team.
Your Role
The ideal candidate should be familiar with the processes of importing and exporting air shipments.
Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage air freight import and export shipments from origin to destination.

Prepare and review shipping documentation, including airway bills and arrange customs declarations with our borker.

Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers and customers.
Your Skills and Experiences
-
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics is preferred, minimum of 2 years of experience in air freight import/export operations.

Organizational and time management skills; communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Italian.
