Your Role
The Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring the daily execution of exceptional customer service, driving consistent customer satisfaction and excellence. Through regular, direct interaction with customers, the Specialist will gain a clear understanding of their requirements, expectations, and evolving business needs. By proactively communicating with customers and addressing issues, the Specialist will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met in an efficient and effective manner. Additionally, the role focuses on fostering customer growth while maximizing profitability.
Your Responsibilities
Take ownership of shipments, ensuring efficient file handling and availability of customer data and requirements to enable stakeholder teams to meet customer expectations while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.
Monitor shipments consistently and communicate proactively with customers. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations promptly, ensuring swift corrective actions are taken.
Stay informed about customer-facing digital solutions and encourage their usage. Participate in relevant training to keep up with the latest tools and knowledge.
Actively contribute to customer implementations, either as support or lead, ensuring collaboration from OCC/RCC/OM as needed. Participate in GCIM Scalable training sessions.
Manage and foster customer growth, while focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
Drive profitability by focusing on spot quotation execution, fast response times, upselling and promoting KN products, conducting ongoing GP analysis, and liaising with stakeholders responsible for procurement.
Your Skills and Experiences
Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably within Air Logistics.
Experience in the Healthcare vertical is a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-team alignment.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements.
Focused on customer solutions and skilled in conflict resolution.
Constant drive for customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
Fluency in English.
