Are you a highly experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a passion for fault-finding and delivering exceptional service?

We’re seeking a technically strong, self-sufficient engineer to join our established team, supporting clients across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of their work, tackle challenging breakdowns, and be part of a company that values skill, reliability, and integrity.

The Role:

As our new Air Conditioning Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

* Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of systems: VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs and more.
* Diagnosing complex issues (electrical, pressure-related, or mechanical) and ensuring quick, effective resolutions.
* Performing system tests and pressure checks to optimise performance and reliability.
* Operating independently across client sites with a strong focus on quality and customer care.
* Sharing your knowledge and supporting team members when needed.

About You:

* Extensive experience in air conditioning service, maintenance, and breakdown response.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, especially around pressure testing and system performance.
* F-Gas 2079 certified (essential).
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Reliable, professional, and confident working across a range of commercial and residential settings.
