Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer looking for a dynamic role in a reputable company? Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team and service a high-profile retail contract in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.

Position: Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bournemouth and Surrounding Areas
Salary: GBP43,000 per annum
Benefits: Van and Fuel Card Provided, 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, 1 in 7 Call-Out with GBP105 Standby Fee and Overtime Pay, 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning systems across multiple retail sites.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
* Conduct regular inspections and ensure all systems comply with safety and operational standards.
* Respond to emergency call-outs as per the 1 in 7 rota, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and report any significant issues to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
* F-Gas certification is essential.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving license.

Working Hours:

* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
* Participation in a 1 in 7 call-out rota with a standby fee of GBP105 and additional overtime pay for call-outs.
