re you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer seeking a dynamic role in Bristol? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading facilities management company, working on a mobile basis across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Role:
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems across a range of sites including offices, museums, libraries, and more. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule during daytime hours, with a 1/4 call out rota.

Benefits:

* Salary: GBP44,000 per annum
* Holiday Allowance: 25 days annual leave, plus 8 days bank holidays
* Personal use on the van
* Mobile Working: Covering Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems
* Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
* Undertaking routine inspections and servicing of HVAC equipment
* Liaising with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications and Skills:

* Relevant qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
* F-Gas Certification (essential)
* Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence

Systems and Equipment:

* Experience with a variety of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split systems, and chillers
* Knowledge of controls systems and BMS (Building Management Systems)
