* Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer ( multi-skilled)
* Location: Stockton-on-Tees/Barnard Castle/Seaham/ Hartle Pool
* Salary: upto GBP38,000 per annum
* Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Oncall,Overtime, Pension

Requirements / Qualifications:

* Experience as Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer within commercial properties
* Air conditioning and refrigeration Qualifications(e.g., City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
* Knowledge of different air conditioning systems, including split systems,VRV/VRF systems, and chiller units.
* Diagnose and repair faults effectively, ensuring systems are operational and energy-efficient.
* Full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to air conditioning maintenance.

Day to Day Duties:

* Conduct PPM on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
* Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure optimal system functionality.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance calls, addressing urgent issues and minimising downtime.
* Collaborate with team and clients to schedule maintenance visits and communicate maintenance outcomes effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including maintenance reports, service logs, and inventory management.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.
