An established facilities maintenance company are looking to expand on their division by hiring a permanent AC engineer to work on a static site in Milton Keynes. You will receive a generous salary and package, as well as progression opportunity and job satisfaction.

Requirements

* Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
* F Gas
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Able to participate in an on-call rota

Day-to-day duties:

* Planned maintenance, reactive maintenance
* Breakdowns and repairs
* Minor installation / Project work
* Carrying out paperwork required (log books, RAMS, permit to work, etc.)
* Over seeing subcontractors
* Systems include:

* Manufacturers: Carrier, Daikin, Trane, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Hitachi, and McQuay
* Splits/multi-splits: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
* VRV/VAV/VRF: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
* Close control units (Denco/Liebert) within computer rooms, communications rooms, or data centers
* Versatemp units
* DX Units
* Chillers: condenser changes, re-gassing
* Ammonia Plant
* Gland Packing
* Heat Pumps
