What you’ll do:

SAP is reinventing how businesses run by embedding AI into every core business process — at scale and with trust. In this role, you will be part of the team that brings SAP’s AI Strategy to life.

You’ll manage and drive the definition, prioritization, development and rollout of SAP’s strategic AI Agents. You will translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities, and drive cross-functional execution across business, process, and engineering teams. Your work will directly impact how SAP adopts AI safely and at scale, helping to unlock measurable business value through high-quality, responsible AI services.

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI Agents from mission definition, design, and safety guardrails to evaluation, rollout, and continuous improvement. You will be rresponsible for delivering outcome-driven roadmaps that guide the development of next-generation enterprise AI features, in close alignment with business, process and engineering teams. Your leadership will enable SAP to adopt key AI capabilities faster, improve customer experience, and reduce complexity for global enterprise users.

What you bring:

-Strong project management skills with a track record of at least 3 years of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
-Ability to structure workstreams, manage risks, and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
-Experience managing technology or software implementation projects, ideally involving AI, analytics, or data-driven solutions is a plus.
-Understanding of AI/ML basics, data readiness, and responsible-AI principles (technical depth not required but highly beneficial).
-A collaborative attitude, problem-solving mindset, and comfort navigating dynamic environments.
-Strong experience of working in agile delivery environments.
-Familiarity with SAP’s AI ecosystem and SAP’s AI strategy
