We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Machine Learning & AI Young Professional Graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cutting-edge AI technologies, including CausalAI ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python coding. You will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning solutions across various projects, along with implementing AI-driven systems in a cloud or hybrid infrastructure environment.

What you’ll build

Machine Learning & AI Development

-Develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs (e.g., GPT, Transformer models).
-Implement solutions leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance contextual response generation.
-Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific applications.
-Use Python and ML frameworks (e.g.,Panda AI, CausalAI, Graph) for prototyping and production.
 

Project Implementation

-End-to-end ML project deployment, from requirement gathering to production.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
-Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of ML models in production environments.
-Implement quality assurance processes including testing, monitoring, and debugging both models and code.
-Work with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable infrastructure management.
-Leverage open telemetry tools for monitoring and observability of deployed solutions.
 

Telemetries & Networking Expertise (Nice to Have)

-Integrate Open Telemetry solutions for real-time monitoring of AI pipelines and systems.
-Contribute to infrastructure automation and deployment best practices, leveraging CI/CD pipelines.
 

What you bring

-12 months availability in this paid role (+ possible prolongation)
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
-Hands-on experience in AI/ML projects and cloud solutions.
-Strong understanding of foundational and advanced machine learning techniques, including NLP and deep learning.
-Solid experience with developing and deploying LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, OpenAI, Hugging Face).
-Hands-on experience with RAG workflows, knowledge vectors, and embedding engines (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone).
-Advanced Python programming skills with a focus on ML and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.).
-Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads.
-Proficiency with container tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration technologies.
-Familiarity with monitoring solutions like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
 

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Experience with networking concepts related to AI/cloud deployment environments (e.g., VPN, subnet, firewalls).
-Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.
-Experience in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment automation.
-Familiarity with data engineering processes (e.g., ETL pipelines, data pre-processing workflows).

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
