What You’ll Build
Join our mission to transform how enterprises manage their data during cloud transformation journeys. You’ll be at the heart of building intelligent AI agents that bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud landscapes, ensuring organizations migrate on clean, reliable, and consistent data. These agents will detect data quality issues such as missing references, incomplete structures, and functional errors across complex enterprise landscapes. You’ll work with large language models, agentic frameworks, and modern AI technologies to build a learning system that adapts and improves over time, helping customers reduce data preparation effort by 25% and project duration by 10%.
Responsibilities

-Design and implement AI agents for automating data quality analysis, including error detection and automated remediation recommendations
-Build, optimize, and maintain prompt engineering solutions to extract actionable insights and generate meaningful recommendations
-Develop and implement robust quality and evaluation frameworks to measure, monitor, and enhance agent performance, accuracy, and reliability within production environments
-Apply classical machine learning and state-of-the-art generative AI to deliver effective solutions.
What You Bring
Required Experience & Qualifications:

-2+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on Java or Python programming in production environments
-Experience building applications using agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools
-Knowledge of AI agent design patterns, including reasoning, planning, tool use, and memory management
-Understanding of quality assurance and evaluation techniques for AI systems
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have:

-Familiarity with MCP servers or AI skills for exposing AI capabilities as composable services
-Knowledge of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or semantic search
-Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native development practices
-Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and working with large-scale datasets
-Practical experience in fine-tuning AI/ML models
-Strong data science background and hands-on experience with Databricks
