Our client is seeking applications of interest for the 2024 / 2025 Graduate Academy specifically for roles within the Agricultural team. They are keen to attract applications from people seeking to develop their skills and knowledge particularly within the Red Meat Processing Industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of most progressive red meat processing groups in the UK and Ireland.

The Role

Successful applicants will undertake a 12-month on the job development programme, you will be placed within the Agricultural team based in the Group’s Gloucester site in Cinderford. Working closely with the team and developing your knowledge of red meat processing within the agricultural environment, the programme will develop you to become fully equipped with the right skills needed for an exciting career in the Red Meat processing industry.

Skills and Qualifications

* Committed and ambitious person, having excellent communication skills and a real desire to learn
* Excellent organisational, analytical, IT and administrative skills
* A positive attitude, attention to detail and an understanding of how strong management adds value
* A degree / third level qualification in agriculture
* A current EU driving licence as travel will be required to suppliers / sites and events etc.
