– Hold a relevant qualification in Land-Based Engineering, or have equivalent industry experience.
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both colleagues and customers.
– Show a proactive attitude toward training and professional development.
– Be flexible and willing to work overtime during busy seasons.
