What You Will Do:

* Achieve individual sales and procurement targets, actively promoting all products and services.
* Support and promote seed and fertiliser products, and agronomy services where qualified.
* Provide real-time market and competitor intelligence to traders and product managers.
* Develop and execute a professional account management strategy, maintaining regular contact with all dedicated accounts.
* Use communication channels effectively for both internal and external communications, maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate and timely information is entered into all company systems, maintaining company data integrity.
