We are looking for a candidate to take up the position of Agile People Leader in Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD &IT PS), in the Delivery Team “Production”. This area is responsible for global IT & automation (OT) solutions used across all production facilities in Novo Nordisk. Specifically, you will be part of the Manufacturing Execution Solutions (MES) Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, as part of a team of three Agile People Leaders who work closely together to support an organisation of over 60 employees.In the role of Agile People Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment
  • Attracting, onboarding, and hiring new employees
  • Developing and motivating people, including coaching and mentoringManaging rewards and performance management and facilitate cross-organisational knowledge sharing
  • Budgeting, driving and supporting local initiatives
  • Being part of the leadership team where you will be part of resolving or escalating impediments and driving continuous improvements
  • Driving organisational strategies within and across the MES CoE and the DD&IT PS Production area, and providing strategic workforce planning guidance to the area’s leadership team

As Agile People Leader, you will report to the VP of DD&IT PS Production DD & ITPS and be part of the broader leadership team for the area. You will work closely with within the MES CoE and related stakeholders and will be responsible for the development and growth of 20-25 people primarily based in Bagsværd (Denmark).Which competencies to bring?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about People Leadership in the context of IT and Production and loves working with people and dynamic team in a fast-moving environment.The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar job
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies, preferably in a leadership role
  • Previous track record of effective management and development in diverse environment
  • Proven ability to provide strategic advice on workforce planning
