Job description
We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our Agile Organization and operate in one of the Technology Platform Tribes.As an Agile Coach, you serve as the servant leader for your team(s) by ensuring clear communication and helping the team reach its goal. This role will drive the adoption of Scrum and various other agile methodologies to focus on value, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and driving continuous improvement of their teams as well as work with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters within your area.You will also facilitate team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team’s goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.Tribe: PlatformWhat to expect in this role:Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver customer value and solutionsEnsure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team.Collaborate with and support the team Product Owner in meeting product development and delivery needsTeach, mentor and support delivery teams to adopt agile values, principles, and practicesAccountable that scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes are well facilitatedEnsure that tasks, issues, risks, and action item are effectively managed by the teamAccountable for team performance by promoting transparency, inspect & adapt and helping teams to continuously improvePlan and organize demos and product / system testing, qualification, and deploymentsTrack and make visible project processes, progress, and deliverablesWork with tribe leadership on tribe-wide improvements and initiativesFacilitate multi-squad planning events (e.g. big room planning)What will make you successful?Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver customer solutionsLeadership and management experienceExcellent people communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong desire for transparency, visibility and use of data, evidence, and metricsExpected to be in person at the office 2 days out of a weekCertifications and Experience:Certifications: CSM, prefer CSP-SM or PSM I, prefer PSM II- Working experience and/orcertification on Kanban is a plus- Working or familiarity with Spotify model is a plus- Workingexperience in SAFe is a plus- Prior Agile Coaching, Project and Program management roles isa plusTool Proficiency:- Working experience in Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Outlook andother MS products, – Working experience on collaboration tools such as Mural, Miro,Mentimeter and SlidoHelpful:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.Certified Scrum Master or relevant Agile-related certifications4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.Technical backgroundDelivery experienceWorking in regulated environments
