We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spanish-speaking consultant to join our team either in our physical office in Arusha in Tanzania or to work online and remotely from your place on a flexible schedule. You will be the person who receives traveler requests via the Evaneos platform and the main contact for travelers in the Spanish Market. Your main tasks will be:Understand travelers expectationsMain contact for clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences: tailor-made itinerariesMatch travelers’ requirements with transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities.Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activitiesResponsible for billing the travelersHandles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refundsQuality monitoring during the tripAdditional informationDuration & contract type: local contract on freelance basePrecise location: Flexibility to work remotely onlineAvailability (Starting dates): As soon as possibleSalary: Commission on sales to be definedOther advantages: Yearly Bonus if reaching a high number of sales (exact figure will be defined)Working time per day and week: Flexible hours depending on the requests and the available times of the clients for calls and conversationsProfil recherchéLanguages required:Spanish: native or bilingualEnglish: to be able to speak with your colleagues and the local providers we are working withIdeal profile:You have a good knowledge of the destination TanzaniaYou already have experience in tourism / in a DMCYou have previous sales experienceYou already live in the destination (would be a plus)You are organized and customer-orientedYou like to think outside the boxYou enjoy problem-solvingYou are flexibleYou know how to manage your timeDéroulement des entretiens1.
