Key Responsibilities for the After School Club Manager:
* Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the after-school club, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely.
* As the After School Club Manager, plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to a range of ages and interests.
* Work with school staff and parents to ensure each child’s needs are met and they have a positive after-school experience.
* Ensure the after-school club environment is safe, organised, and inclusive for all participants.
* Monitor attendance, manage resources, and handle any administrative tasks associated with the After School Club Manager role.
Requirements for the After School Club Manager:
* Previous experience as an After School Club Manager or in a similar role within an educational setting.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and manage groups of children effectively.
* A proactive, creative approach to planning activities, ensuring every session is enjoyable and beneficial.
* DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.
