You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. Your goal will be to build a strong affiliate network that aligns with our company’s objectives and values.Responsibilities:

• Find & Welcome New Affiliates: We’re always on the lookout to expand our affiliate network.
• Cherish Our Current Partners: Keeping in touch and supporting our existing affiliates is key to our mutual success.
• Craft & Execute Winning Strategies: Brainstorm and roll out innovative marketing plans to boost both traffic and revenue.
• Keep an Eye on Performance: With a keen eye on data, we fine-tune our campaigns for the best outcomes.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborating closely with other teams ensures our affiliate projects run smoothly.
• Stay Sharp & Informed: Keep on learning, stay ahead of the curve with the latest in affiliate marketing trends and practices.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
• Comprehensive understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and performance marketing metrics
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (Tune.com, Affise, etc)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for marketing and staying ahead of industry trends
