Your Role

As an Aerospace Design Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in designing high-performance forged components for global markets. Your key responsibilities include:

– Designing forgings, tools, and dies to meet precise customer specifications.
– Producing all necessary drawings and documentation to support the manufacturing process.
– Leading process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
– Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors on product development.

Who You Are

– Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
– Extensive post-qualification experience in design engineering, ideally within aerospace, energy, defence, or heavy engineering sectors.
– Or, you could be a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for the opportunity to break into aerospace—we welcome applications from ambitious engineers ready to make the leap.
– Proficiency in 3D CAD software like ProE/Creo or similar, and knowledge of numerical analysis tools and excel.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
