The Warsaw office manage Nordic clients and is the global financial reporting competence centre for accounting and financial reporting to our clients. Due to our rapid growth, we are searching for candidates to join our team of highly qualified, experienced, and talented share plan experts.We Give you a world of potentialYou will work in a team responsible for providing expertise in administration and/or accounting and financial reporting of share plans. We seek hands-on team members to work directly with our clients, develop and improve our software and services, and there is potential to take over and manage new responsibilities and to excel and develop within the company.A role you will love

  • Working together with team on managing our corporate clients
  • Participating in workshops with both clients and prospective clients
  • Preparation of IFRS and US GAAP compliant accounting and disclosure reports for clients share-based payment plans using EquatePyramid, our market leading financial reporting software
  • Provide expertise in financial reporting (IFRS 2, IAS 12, IAS 33, IAS 19 and USGAAP equivalent)
  • Perform administrative tasks on behalf of clients to support their broad-based equity compensation plans including direct contact with client, participants, banks and brokers
  • Valuation of instruments by option pricing models and complex Monte Carlo simulations models
  • Assist with education and training of clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to product development and coordinating input from existing and new clients
  • Depending on qualifications, interests and requirements, candidates might get involved in other tasks and responsibilities

What will you bring to the role?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, industrial economics or related education
  • Experience from accounting, audit or similar
  • Recent graduates with strong interest in the field are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • High motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong operational, analytical and process understanding
  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, oral and written

Desirable skills

  • Knowledge of share plans
  • Knowledge of IFRS 2, IAS 12, IAS 33 or IAS 19 and/or related USGAAP standards
