The position
As Advanced Supply Chain Professional, you will be welcomed into the supply chain team and will support with planning the production based on the global demand and contribute to the optimization of the production planning and supply chain. Through close collaboration with production management and stakeholders you will drive plans related to capacity and forecasting and oversee and manage complex procedures and processes. Moreover, you will coordinate the release process ensuring transparency and improved lead times.

-You will share the responsibility of production planning and release with 3 of your colleagues and teamwork and collaboration are essential.
-You will be part of an on-call schedule, where you every 4 weeks need to be available for phone calls and computer tasks outside normal office hours.
About the department
You will be a part the Supply Chain Team and report to the manager of the team. The team is currently focusing on preparing and distributing filling programs for the production lines, as well as using simulation tools and performance metrics to ensure capacity aligns with demand. Moreover, the team is coordinating the release process, ensuring timely release in close collaboration with our stakeholders.
The team is part of the Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The teams in the department are responsible for Finance and Investment, Admin support & Procurement, Warehouse Operations and Support, Operational Excellence and Supply Chain. In the department we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward.
Qualifications
You have:

-A Master degree i.e. Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineer, Pharmacy or similar education
-Minimum 2 years of experience with Supply Chain, pharma and production.
-Experience with IT systems, ideally such as SAP, PAS-X, Excel.
-Experience with project management would be advantageous.
-Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
-Full proficiency in Danish and English.
