The salaries for these permanent Advanced Nurse Practitioner jobs are A£45,000 – A£55,000 per annum (competitive salary).

Shift Pattern:

* Part time hours and flexible schedule available

Duties:

* Be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with practices, including screening, assessment and treatment
* Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
* Use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost effective primary care
* Participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
* P articipate in research within the practice, as appropriate

Requirements of the Advanced Nurse Practitioners:

* Independent Prescriber Qualification
