As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer,
you will be working with the Product Design and Process Engineering teams to review design proposals from an assembly, test, repair, and installation perspective to ensure the optimum solution is selected for the business. This will include defining early BOM structures, process impacts of specific designs, developing the initial process flows, gathering initial cost estimates, and defining testing strategies.

-Evaluate manufacturing processes.
-Review design proposals and suggest solutions to optimize it for effective manufacturing and repair processes.
-Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
-Assure product design and development process quality.
-Provide manufacturing decision-making information.
-Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
 

What you need to have:

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ year professional experience in engineering projects.
-Complex project management experience.
-Ability to lead cross functional teams.
-Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw till the 2nd quarter of 2025, when we are opening our new facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany
-Experience in safety and environmental regulations.
-Skills to communicate technical issues across functions.
-Experience in Quality tools.
-Lean experience.
-Basic understanding of capital project finance.
-The ability to read and develop mechanical drawings and understand circuit diagrams.
-Knowledge of PLM, ERP, DfX and drawing 3D systems.
