Position: Mental Health Social Worker
Location: Hybrid (1 day in office, 4 days remote)
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension
Service Area: Adults aged 18-75

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments to determine individual needs.
* Develop and implement tailored support plans that empower clients to achieve their goals.
* Perform mental capacity assessments, ensuring that service user’s rights and needs are respected.
* Lead safeguarding efforts and provide comprehensive case management.
* Participate in duty work during your designated office day, contributing to the team’s overall effectiveness.
* Apply your in-depth knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act to deliver high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
* Degree in social care
* Social Work England Registration
* Experience in Adult Mental Health
