Adoption Assistant Team Manager – Outstanding Charity

Salary package up to GBP51,497 per annum

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable adoption charities in London, in order to help them find an Adoption Assistant Team Manager.

They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating so you will be joining a very good working environment.

The salary package is very good also, it can get up to GBP51,497, so you will be well rewarded for your work.

Responsibilities:

The Adoption Assistant Team Manager will work closely with the Team Manager in order to support 3 Adoption Social Workers. You will also hold a reduced caseload (completing adoption assessments).

They offer hybrid working, so you can do some of the work from home and some from the office.

This is a 12 months permanent role.

– very good salary – depending on the experience, the salary is between GBP39,434 to GBP48,198 per annum, plus GBP3,299 per annum London Weighting.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are an experienced Adoption Social Worker, Senior Practitioner or if you are an Assistant Team Manager and you have experience in Adoption, especially in completing adoption assessments. You must have a Social Worker degree and a driving license.
