This authority based in East London are looking for a Advanced Practitioner for its Permanence & Post Order team. You will hold a small, yet complex caseload of assessment and/or support cases in the Special Guardianship Orders, Connected Persons and Post Order Support team.
As they place a high priority on a healthy work / life balance, this allows for more focused and effective working patterns as well as happier staff, you will be able to lean on the service for support and have your manager’s ear when looking to work from home.

* Very stable management team all of who are permanent staff
* GBP49,083 to GBP52,116
* Team consist of 1 Advanced Practitioner, 3 Social Workers, 1 Family Finder and Leaving Care Coach
* Completing Viability/Regulation 24 & 25/Connected Person/SGO assessments
