We champion creativity and collaboration, empowering our students with the specialist skills and real-world experiences needed for successful careers in digital media, design and more.The RoleWe are looking for two Admissions Officers to join our dynamic team, responsible for delivering an efficient, customer-focused admissions experience for both domestic and international applicants. From the moment an application is received to the final stages of enrolment, the Admissions team plays a critical role in creating a positive, welcoming journey for future Ravensbourne students.As an Admissions Officer, you’ll manage and process applications across a wide range of courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. A key aspect of the role is the careful review of applications to ensure due diligence, accuracy, and compliance with Ravensbourne’s quality standards. Issuing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) to international applicants is also essential, enabling students to secure their place while maintaining compliance with UKVI requirements. Acting as the primary contact point for applicants, you’ll handle phone and email inquiries in a friendly, professional manner, providing guidance on CAS issuance, visa applications, fee status assessments, and more. Delivering exceptional service at every stage of the process is at the core of what we do.The CandidateThe successful candidates will ideally have experience in a Higher Education admissions environment, with a strong understanding of CAS issuance, application review for due diligence, and the types of qualifications our applicants are likely to use for entry. High attention to detail is essential, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, including visa and CAS regulations.Experience in meeting key performance indicators is crucial, as is the ability to plan and manage your workload to juggle multiple priorities. While experience with the SITS system is preferred, familiarity with any student records system in a university setting would be advantageous.We’re looking for candidates who can think creatively about admissions processes and suggest improvements that enhance the applicant experience.Further details:We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities, and in particular those that are currently under-represented in our workforce.
