Administrator – Procurement & Buying 

Location: Southampton

-Working within company procurement processes
-Gathering of quotes for site requests
-Raise orders utilising company systems
-Receive orders and distribute to the requestors
-Record holdings on site
-Administrate inventory of materials and equipment
-Request repairs for equipment from approved vendors
– Administrate Asset Register
– Administrate hire log
– Consolidate weekly Goods Receipting requirements
-Continually searching for Improvement and saving on purchases and equipment on site
