Administrator – Part time – Towcester
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for part time Administrator for our client in the Public Sector based in Towcester.
Hours: 25 hours a week Mon-Fri
Salary: £11,403.26
Duties:
– Assising the department with a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring effective implementation of service standards.
– Representing the department by answering telephone inquiries and welcoming visitors.
– Supporting the Head of Department and programme area staff by creating professional business documents, including meeting agendas, minutes, letters, emails, reports, and online purchase requisitions.
– Arranging relevant trips for the department.
– Maintaining the internal database
Requirements:
– Experience of working effectively in an office based environment
– Experience of working effectively in a customer focused environment
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
