Location:  Brighton 

Salary: £22,000 per annum 

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Student Experience team over the summer (June-August) to support with varied administrative services and assist students across our International Study Centres. The role includes delivery of an Interview service to assist students in their applications to obtain visas to travel and study in the UK.  

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask under pressure, and an excellent communicator. Experience in a customer-focused role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

  • Interviewing students in line with the provided frameworks and instructions, in order to deliver a professional and supportive experience 

  • Capturing interview outcomes using the prescribed templates, and capturing feedback that is factual, useful and in line with company expectations 

  • Issuing communications in relation to Pre-CAS interviews from initial booking of the interview slot through to feeding back interview outcomes to students  

  • Capturing of relevant information to support the interview process, in particular feeding back issues and trends to management and key stakeholders 

  • Delivery of administrative support as part of a centralised Post-Arrival service, primarily supporting the campus and colleagues with administrative duties 

  • Quality checking of student information prior to issuance to sponsors  

  • Liaising with ISC staff to identify needs and offering campus-based support where required. 


  • Experience of working in a customer service environment with an administrative skillset 

  • Detail conscious and ability to follow detailed processes to a high degree of accuracy 

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask under periods of challenging workload and stay calm under pressure 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities 

  • Excellent problem solver capable of making decisions independently  

  • Competent user of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook (essential) 

  • Availability to work over the summer period between June and August
