The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will support the efficient running of our services by providing comprehensive administrative assistance across various departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing diaries, and organising meetings.
– Assist with data entry, file management, and document preparation.
– Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team or individual.
– Maintain and update internal systems and records with a high level of accuracy.
– Support the coordination of events, training sessions, and team activities.
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.

About You
You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role, be a confident communicator, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Skills and Experience
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within housing.
– Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
