Pay rates : GBP11.44 per hour,

Total hour: 37 hour/week

Shift pattern : Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.00

Duties:

* Provide support administrating and delivery of the Household Support fund FSM vouchers.
* Supporting Performance team gathering key information from School and providers to accurately process vouchers and ensure smooth delivery of vouchers through informed decision making.
* Liaise with external colleagues including providers of education, social workers, schools to ensure effective communication on the HSF FSM vouchers.
* Support resolving queries with services/ providers, parents and others.
* Undertake such duties consistent with the role to ensure the LA meet and submitted delivery plan and therefore meeting the funding requirement.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From GBP11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Schedule:

Education:

* A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
